We come to your location to perform an interactive workshop experience. The ROI workshop is designed for us to learn more about your business to build an objective and credible ROI program, transfer product knowledge between the participants, build confidence in your sales force and bring a consistent message to your clients.

The objective of our ROI Workshop goes beyond the data gathering. We want to thoroughly understand the issues, pains and goals your prospects feel each day. It is an opportunity for your team to transfer knowledge, come together with a collaborative effort defining the problems and issues they have to deal with in the field.

Our workshop begins with each participant stating reasons why someone would buy products like yours. These “reasons to buy” are then further discussed and re-stated as issues or pains your prospects experience. We attach your prospects' desired outcome for the issue and associate a product feature that will meet their desired outcome, resolve their issue and give them a reason to buy...from you! Once all of this data is gathered and documented, we ask if your feature will…reduce a cost? Avoid a cost? Or, increase revenue? For each item you categorize, we collect the unit of measure for the category. All of this information is captured and placed in an ROI Value Matrix for analysis in Phase II: The ROI Questionnaire development.

Participants should include sales, marketing, product development and some members of your management team. Our workshops are great for sales meetings, executive retreats and marketing messaging meetings.
