We have developed a training program that takes into consideration which sales methodology you have implemented. We begin the process with your sales team participating in a “mini” workshop. They are lead through the Why Buy, Business, Issue, Desired Outcome, etc exercise. Once we create a mini Value Matrix they are trained on the design, features and use of ROI in the sales process.

Each training course is designed around your company and the sales methodology adopted. Our programs are not limited by the size of your organization. We have trained teams from four to forty.

Finally, we spend some time on how to use Return on Investment to drive your sales process. We discuss how to position yourself so you are not “column fodder”. Position of an ROI can be the determining factor between winning and coming in second.
