ROI Training – The ROI Selling training program is
designed around automating your sales professional's and capturing key information during the discovery
phase of your sales process. What good is a world class ROI sales software tool if no one uses it? We begin the training
sessions with a review of what your current team is doing for discovery. What questions they are currently asking and then
comparing their response to the ROI sales tools discovery questions. This typically will help disarm the skeptics and align
the software sales tools with your current sales process and methodology.
In
the morning of your ROI training class we teach navigation. Moving around the software sales tools with ease and familiarizing
themselves with topics, questions, calculations, and vernacular. We focus several hours on data entry, reporting, and ROI
calculations.
In the afternoon we set up scenarios and have your team role
play with us to collect data into the ROI model. Later in the afternoon we ask each participant to present their business
case back to us on the data they collected during the training session.
ROI
Consulting – 90 days after the initial ROI training we return for an ROI consulting follow up session to discuss
with the team what is working, and what is not. We will take suggestions for changes to the ROI model and work with your team
to get more comfortable with their deployment of the sales software.
We provide custom
ROI training materials that include your screen prints, vernacular and company branding.

Inventory, TCO tools, or ROI models. We can provide direction and insight to your team so they are able to develop and
program custom tools in-house. Remember we wrote the book on ROI in ROI Selling (ROI Selling ©2004 Dearborn
Publishing).
ROI Research – Sometimes
you just need someone to contact your customers and ask them why they bought from you. ROI Selling has experience
in representing our customers or doing blind surveys to collect data that can be used in your ROI Sellingmodel. We
offer this service as a courtesy to our customers only. In addition to customer surveys we will conduct deep research on the
value your products offer to your customers. Our research includes communicating with firms like Gartner, Aberdeen and Forrester
Research as well as deep Internet searches. Our results will be utilized in your ROI Selling model, TCO tools and Risk Assessment.
ROI Selling Workshops – Our ROI Selling
