ROI Selling Process

The ROI Selling sales software, sales tool development process takes approximately 3 – 4 weeks to complete. We begin by having one of our ROI Experts (Consulting) conduct a Value Estimation Workshop on your site. This one day workshop will produce a draft of your personal Value Inventory. The marketing and sales tool becomes the foundation for many marketing programs, sales promotions and ultimately sales tool development reference document.

Next we build a basic ROI Selling design that includes, Primary Discovery Questions and ROI analysis for determining current cost of status quo. This document v 1.0 is then reviewed with your team to identify areas of the sales software we need to improve. You have the option of accepting our recommendations, providing us with additional ideas on topics and ROI calculations, or having us change the design to meet other needs you feel are necessary.

 

We take the input from our initial design meeting and make the requested changes. We then meet again with design version 2.0. In this version you are likely to request fewer changes from our initial ROI sales software design. You still have an opportunity to change, add and or delete sections of the ROI model.

 

For the second time we take your input, make the requested changes, and return within 5 days with a final ROI sales tool design version 3.0 for the Primary Discovery questionnaire. In this sales software design meeting you are allowed to make final discovery changes. Once we complete your final changes we will lock the design to move forward and build the additional sales software tools you have contracted us to complete.

 

Over the next 5 - 10 days ROI4Saleswill complete the Discovery and Value estimation questionnaire, Future analysis and a basic Financial Dashboard design. We will meet once again to review our progress and demonstrate the completed portions of your custom ROI sales software product. We will also work with you to determine the custom output i.e. reports, you would like embedded in the ROI Selling model.

 

The final 5 – 7 days of the project we complete your programming and testing and return to you for the last demonstration of the product before the ROI Training program kicks in.

 

Custom ROI training materials are developed based on your final product. We work with you to schedule the initial training program.  Training is curriculum is described in the services portion of our web site, in addition we return for a follow up session 90 days after initial training. This session is used for sales professional feedback on the effectiveness of the tools. Using their feedback we make the necessary adjustments and redeploy to the sales force.
